Welcome to Corner Creations by Cooks. By placing an order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• 1. Personalized Products

Most of our items are personalized and handmade.

Once a design is confirmed by you (spelling, dates, photos, colors, etc.), no changes can be made.

• 2. Payments

• All payments must be completed at the time of order.

• We do not store or have access to your payment details.

• 3. Processing & Delivery

• Standard processing time: 1–5 business days

• Bulk/custom orders: 5–10 business days

• Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service or location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or wrong addresses provided by the customer.

• 4. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items.

However, we replace items that:

• Arrive damaged

• Contain an error caused by our team

• Are different from what you ordered

Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• 5. Cancellations

You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.

After that, production may have already started.

• 6. Use of Photos

We may feature photos/videos of your order on our social media pages unless you request otherwise.

If you prefer your order not to be shared, please inform us in advance.

• 1. Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes! We deliver to all Emirates.

• 2. How long does it take to receive my order?

• Processing: 1–5 days

• Delivery: 1–3 days depending on your location

For urgent orders, we offer express delivery in Dubai.

• 3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our items are personalized, we do not accept returns.

But we will replace items if they arrive damaged or with an error.

• 4. Can I see the design before printing?

Yes! For custom items, we share the design for approval before production.

• 5. Do you accept bulk or event orders?

Absolutely! We create gifts for:

• Baby showers

• Birthdays

• Weddings

• Corporate giveaways

• School events

• Special occasions

Send us your idea and we’ll customize it.

• 6. What if the name or date I sent is wrong?

We print exactly what you provide.

Please double-check all details before approval.

• 7. Do you offer same-day delivery?

For Dubai, yes (based on availability and for an extra fee).
