At Corner Creations by Cooks, every item is handmade and personalized with care.

Because our products are customized specially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is any issue, we offer support in the following cases:

Eligible for Replacement

We will replace your item free of charge if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• There is a printing or personalization mistake caused by us.

• You received the wrong item or design.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

• Change of mind after the order is processed.

• Incorrect name/spelling sent by the customer.

• Minor variations in color/material due to screens or handmade nature.

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo/video showing the issue
